Sharen has over three decades of project management experiencing implementing the PRINCE2 Project Management Methodology with comparable experience of working to the highest standards. Sharen has a long track record of ensuring projects are delivered to the highest quality, within budget by effectively organising, managing and utilising all resources. She is able to lead teams on corporate business, not-for-profit and education projects where the highest standards are routinely demanded. Always wanting to be actively involved in all aspects of the project life-cycle she can deliver high-value projects in matrixed organizations and across different geographies.
In collaboration with the Management Group (ie Board) and Council, Sharen identifies pathways, synergies and collaboration opportunities with our member and partner organisations in order to take advantage of such opportunities by working together for the benefit of all Australian women.
Sharen is responsible for and to advise on all eS4W’s contractual, legal and other obligations of the Alliance, including funding agreement, governance and deliverables.
- in collaboration with the Board and Council develop the strategic framework for eS4W’s work that meets the key result areas and is underpinned by the organisation’s guiding principles
- in collaboration with the Board and Council identify pathways, synergies and collaboration opportunities with other alliances and member organizations in order to take advantage of such opportunities by working together for the benefit of all Australian women.
- responsible for and to advise on all eS4W’s contractual, legal and other obligations of the Alliance, including funding agreement, governance and deliverables for the successful delivery of the whole of program
- co-ordination of the program’s projects and management of their inter-dependencies
- achieving operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews;
- preparing and completing project plans; productivity, quality, resolving problems; completing audits; determining project improvements; implementing change.
- meets financial objectives in line with Federal funding by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
