eS4W is working towards a greater awareness of the gender pay gap and gender pay issues nationally, particularly amongst people under 35 years. We have a current focus on gender pay equity in the small to medium employer (SME) sector, working to engage such businesses in the steps and processes needed to ensure they offer pay equity across genders.

eS4W has produced a promotional clip based on the alternate script provided by our production company for the 2011 IWD commercial. Suzanne Barton and her production team have provided us this useful tool to highlight that there has been some generational change in women’s success and ambition and provides us with a timely reminder that we still have a way to go to narrow the gender pay gap and to have economic security.
